This machine group integrates mixing, magnetic separating, grinding, manual (or computer)ingredient mixing, pellet lifting, cooling and screening, output packing, deflating and dust removing as a whole.Operating situations are shown by electric cabinet analog. It is of steel frame structure.the capacity per year is 5000--40000tonners.the power according to customers' requirement .the process flow is sequential and reasonable ,the performace is good.structure is compact ,the floor area is small,energy consumption is low and the efficience is high.

It can make the pellets from the many kind of crops, it is usually used for big feed factory;farming and also for home use. The technological process is continuous and rational and performance of each single machine is good. Operating situations are shown by electric cabinet analog and the conformation is compact. Occupying small area, the machine group is of low energy consumption and high efficiency.

Performance characteristic:

1). With reasonable technology, high capacity and low energy consumption. It can produce 2000-6000 tons mash and pellet feed per shift annually;

2). Modular Structure: The plant is compact, occupies less floor space and has low requirement on the mill tower, and needs low investment in civil works. The containerized modular structure is convenient for assembly and disassembly, facilitates the shipment and installation;

3). Centralized control: the analogue panel is adopted. All machines can be interlocked and safe, alarm device is available. The operation is simple and convenient;

4). Wide applicable scope: The plant can produce both poultry & animal feed and fish feed and is applicable for medium and small sized feed mills and breeding farms.
