7. Evaporator: The evaporator of the flake ice machine is a vertical placed drum shape, equipped with the rotating blade which spins and scratches the ice of the inner wall off evaporator. When operating, the principle shaft and blade spin anti-clock wisely pushed by the reducer. Water is sprayed down from the sprinkler; ice is formed from the water brain on the inner wall.After our special processing, the evaporator is with good hardness, corrosion-resistance and excellent heat exchange.

The flake ice machine is widely used in many fields:

1. Fishing Industry: This is the largest application field of the flake ice machine. The flake ice machine can make ice directly from sea water. The ice can be used in fast cooling of fish and other sea product. It can lower the temperature of the cleaning water and sea products, therefore it resists the growth of bacteria and keep the sea food fresh.

3. Bakery: during the mixing of flour and milk, flake ice can be added to prevent the flour from self rising.

4. In most cases of biosynthesis and chemosynthesis, flake ice is used to control the reaction rate and maintain the liveness. Flake ice is sanitary, clean with rapid temperature reduction effect.

5. Concrete cooling: Flake ice is used as the direct source of water in concrete cooling process, more than 80% in weight. Concrete will not crack if has been mixed and poured in constant and low temperature.
