Flake ice evaporator stainless steel cyliner

Flake ice evaporator for flake ice machine features:

1.Generator inner wall:it is make of high thermal conductivity cold-rolled sheet or stainless steel 316 material resistant to salt water corrosion,and it also passes abrasive machining and acoustic detection to ensure the wall thickness well-distributed.

2.Ice blade:made of SUS 304 material seemless steel tube and formed through only one time process.it is durable.

3.Spindle and other accessories:made of sus304 material through precision machining,and conform to food hygiene standards.

4.Thermal insulation:foaming machine filling with imported polyurethane foam insulation. Better effect.

Working conditions:

The series of products are applicable for freshwater and seawater.

The products are applicable for fluorine system and ammonia system.

Thickness of flake ice: 1.8~2.5mm

Applicable working condition:

ambient temperature: 0~55°C, water temperature: -2~45°C

Standard working conditions:

ambient temperature: 25°C, water temperature: 18°C, evaporating temperature: -20°C

Seawater and freshwater ice evaporator difference:

1.The material of evaporator inner wall:

Seawater flake ice evaporator are made of 316 stainless steel that will be more burliness and protect it from highly corrosive of the seawater, prolong the machine use life,while the freshwater evaporators are adopt common carbon steel.

2.The ice blade and the design of evaporator inner wall:

In order to maker sure the thoroughly ice out let,there will be two ice blade in the seawater ice evaporator and its inner wall is designed uneven , while the freshwater evaporator are designed smoothly with only one blade.

3.water inlet :its water inlet is designed upside.

4.Water pump and salt water pump:

As the ice are product with seawater the salt water pump will be unnecessary for the seawater flake ice machine,but a water pump is necessary.
