Fingerless Single Facer

Application:

1. The diameter of corrugating roll is 260mm, 310mm, 360mm, 430mm made from alloy steel 48CrMo. Hardened treatment

to its surface, precision grinding, coated with chrome is optional, hardness can reach HRC55-62.

2. Glue plate adopts cylinder to control it’s in and out. Electric adjust glue thickness, digital display. Glue is filtered electrically.

3. High temperature lubrication grease is adopted for reasonable lubrication.

4. The working surface of each paper-guiding roll, preheater and pressure roll is polished and coated with chrome.

5. Surface of glue roller is with special design, and coated with hard chrome. Even and economic glue consumption.

6. Transmission adopts closed gear box immersed with oil. Cardan shaft three-shaft transmission is adopted.

7. Safe cover is available at the operation side of single facer.

8. Steam pressure 1.1-1.2Mpa.

9. Adopt in-draw structure with silencer.

10. There is speed displayer between single facers and double facer.

Synchronously speed increase and decrease is available, with linking control and manual control.
