-------Introduction

Cone crusher is generally used as a secondary or tertiary crusher in a crushing circuit, suitable for crushing various mid-hard or above mid-hard ores, stones and rocks. The spring safety system of cone crusher acts as an over-loading protection system that allows foreign matter or metals to pass through the crushing chamber without causing any damages to the machine. With dry or water sealing type, cone crusher can separate rock powders and lubricant to ensure its reliable operation. The crushing chamber type depends on the size of feeding and fineness of the crushed product. The standard type of spring cone crusher is used for medium crushing, the medium type is used for medium or fine crushing and the short head type is used for high fine crushing.

-------Working Principle

Cone crusher consists of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening. During the operation, motor drives eccentric shaft shell to turn around through horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. Axle of the crushing cone swings with force of eccentric shaft shell so that the surface of crushing wall is close to roll mortar wall from time to time. In this way, ores and rocks will be pressed and crooked and crushed.
