Plate and Frame Filter Press

Plate & Frame Type Filter Press is suitable for Kieselguhr / Sheet Filter for Coarse, polishing and Sterilizing filtration duties.

Filter Press constitutes of Fixed, Moving and Rocket body all of which are cladded with stainless steel sheets. All the joints are welded. The Fixed and Rocket body are connected with pipes, forming a self supporting chasis. Filter Plates, Frames and Moving body are Guided on chasis pipes.

With the Aid of change over plate, filter press can be divided in two sections for two Stage filtration.

Die presses the reinforced polypropylene into filter plate, featuring smooth and flat surface, high intensity, light weight, acid and alkaline resistant, anticorrosion, nontoxic and inodorous. The automatic hydraulic device is used for pressing and releasing the filter plate. The electrical contract pressure gauge is available to automatically maintain pressure.
The supporter is manufactured by welded steel structure with high intensity, featuring high intensity, stable structure, long useful life, so it can support the maximum pressure from filtration. Operation panel is easy and safe because of being equipped with multicon figuration of PLC auto-control, relaycontrol and safe device, which ensures safety to operators. Nonmetal track is configured in track surface of the main beam, which is onceshaping and antiabrasive. Truss-bridge retractable structure is adopted in mainframe. It is excellent equipment for solidliquid separation of suspensions, whose maximum filtering pressure is 0.6Mpa.
