Longzhen Feeder Machine Operation Principles

ZSW series feeder machine consists of vibrating frame,spring,vibrator,motor vibrating device and motor.The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric shafts.Shoes gears are interlocked along the mark.The two eccentric shafts rotate drove by the motor to produce a centrifugal force and force the feeder to vibrate.The materials will slip,sling on the chute drove by the vibration and move forward.When the materials pass the screening parts, small size materials will fall down and achieve the screening purpose.
