The machine is mainly applicable to the carding and slivering of materials such as cashmere,cotton,wool and polyester,etc.for various semi-worsted spinning process

Long-term,short-term autoleveller system

The system is mainly used to control the feed roller speed by testing the output slivers and the thickness of fed layers,form a closed loop front-rear control systen to realize the long,short-term autolevelling and stabilize and improve the evenness of slivers.

Main features:

1.there is one metallic detecting device in the layer feeding part to protect the machine.

2.Licker-in overlow speed protection ,so as to prevent fiber jams.

3.Below the licker-in ,there fixed with mote knife and pre-carding segment,which can help remove impurities and short fibers ,and reduce the carding loads.

4.Equipped with a broken slivers stop motion for sliver delivery part.
