Our rice straw pellet machine is designed to process sawdust, straw, rice husk, bamboo chips, peanut shell, etc into high density biomass pellets which are convenient for storage and transportation.

In addition, it also can be used to process corn, soybean, bone meal, soya meal, bran into animal feed which is good to smell and nutritious.

Material Size:

The length of the material cannot exceed the diameter of the die hole.Please ensure the right size of Raw material, or else, they will easily damage the machine.

For example, if the diameter of the die hole was 6mm, the length of the Material could not be longer than 6mm.

Raw materials moisture content:

Due to different kinds of raw materials, the requirements to the moisture are different. Usually we require sawdust moisturecontent 10%-18% while mix the materials evenly.

Wood pellet machine ---Working principle:

The biomass material has been on the die through the feed hopper. The press roller has been driven by principle axis, then press roller has extend the material to the nib, the material has been shaped to the cylindrical pellet in the nib for certain time and would be cut the rotary slicer, then moved to the discharge hole.
