Product features:

externally heated purge desiccant compress air dryer is designed and developed to reach the domestic advanced level of energy-saving products. This series of products set has thermal regeneration with no thermal regeneration ,adopt micro heating form to the regeneration gas to reduce gas consumption and then to save energy. It avoids the heatless dryer switching time short, the shortcomings of the regeneration air consumption, but also to avoid the thermal regeneration air drying and machine energy loss.

The dryer switching time is reasonable, regeneration air consumption less, is most energy-efficient economy adsorption dryers so far in the industrial purification. It is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, electronics, food, chemical and oil.

Principle of operation

The principle operation of micro heat regenerative adsorption is basically same with heatless purge desiccant compressor air dryer.The difference is that it used to regenerate the low-pressure dry air go through receipt first then enter the regeneration tower for the desiccant dehumidification.In structure it has heating device and has receipt and cold blowing in regeneration process.The advantage is less energy waste, only 6%. Switching cycle is long and less engine wear, improved equipment reliability. It is the final product gas is better than heatless regeneration in dryness.
