1. The material of the reactor is R245 boiler steel . We choice the best size of the reactor for10tons and 12tons . So we can guarantee the life time of the reactor is more than 5years . 2. We choice the suitable thickness 16mm for the reactor , So the heating time will be fast and the cooling time will be shorter.

1. Feeding the raw material by auto feeder , the workers need not go inside the reactor . So it is clean for workers .

Security :

1.We insist on that security is the first . So every part of the machine will reach the security standard .

2.the reactor of the weling is automaticly welding .We test the pressure of the whole system when the machine finished , and then take the photos of the welding line ,then using X-ray to check the welding .

3. We have the pressure gage , tempreture gage , security valve , alarm device on the whole system ;

4.We used the sealed head to seal every tank . the seald head is processed by lathe. So it can bear high pressure and high tempreture. the lifetime of these thanks more 10 years .

6.Our cooling system is aslo very security , they are cooling pipes , the diameter is 219mm , So it won't be block .

Environmental protection

1.We have two dedusting system : desulfurization scrubber and water film cyclone , the first one will remove the sulfur from the smoke , and the second one will remove the dust from the smoke. The smoke from the chimney is very clean, and there is no smell . It is very environmental protection .

2.There have no waste water , no waste trash from the dedusting system.
