Product feature:
Patterned conveyor belt is composed of belt carcass and pattern. Pattern shape and height (depth) may be different because of different conveyed material and conveyor.

1. Shape and characteristics
On surface of the belt, there is chevron pattern higher than the belt body. The pattern may be either open-end or closed. Each kind of pattern includes three types of high, medium and low.

2. Usage
Suitable for convey powdered, granulated and small lump materials at the gradient of no more than 45°. It can also convey packaged materials.

4. Ply:2-14 ply

5. Rubber cover thickness:1.5-12mm

6. Pattern depth:1-30mm

According cover physical property ,there are different kinds patterned conveyor belt . Common patterned conveyor belt, heat resistance patterned conveyor belt ,

cold resistance conveyor belt,acid and alkali-resistance patterned conveyor belt,

oil resistance patterned conveyor belt etc.

According herringbone height ,there are three kinds (high,middle.low).

Herringbone Pattern
Usage: It's suitable for transporting powdery, granular, particle material, material packed in bags
at the conveying angle of not more than 4O°.

Strip Pattern
Usage: It's suitable for transporting materials in bags at the angle of not
more than 30o or at leveling. If in the trough, it can replace herringbone
pattern.

Granular Pattern
Usage: Projected granular patterns are suitable for transporting materials in
soft bags, the material with gripping power, or for none-slip conveying;
Indented patterns at the angle of not more than 30o or at leveling.

Remark:
1) Special patterns can be designed according to the customer's request.
2) We can offer the pattern conveyor belt with the belt width less than or
equal to 1500mm.
