Environment-Protection Inkjet CTP System

CTP is the abbreviation of Computer to Plate, which means to do platemaking directly by computer. It is the process of outputting images to printing plate directly by computer. Print Environment-Protection Inkjet CTP System takes the mode of inkjet printing, outputs images which will be printed directly to the inkjet CTP plate, after the processes of exposing and developing, to get the printed plate which can go to press directly.

Compared with the traditional platemaking technics, there is no need of filmsetting and many other processes, so it greatly reduces the costs of platemaking and extremely improves the efficiency and accuracy. There is also no solvent disposal during the process of platemaking, so it is a real environment-protection system.

This inkjet CTP system is suitable to output plates for newspaper printing and black and white book printing; color printing is only suitable for newspaper printing.

Platemaking process:

File which will be printed, computer makeup, RIP, printing plate output, exposure, development, finished printing plate

This system contains two aspects of hardware and software. Hardware includes computer, printer, exposing machine, developing machine, special ink, special inkjet CTP plate and printer assorted consumables. Software is the platemaking output control software. It still needs software running environment (windows2000, windowsXP), makeup software (Founder Wenhe 3.0 or above), RIP (Founder Century RIP 3.0 or above). (Notes: Operating system, makeup software, and RIP are customer own provided softwares, they are not included in this system, but we can help customer to form a complete set.)
