1. Specification
The ice Skates is a screw scraper, features low resistance, low consumption, no noise.
The cylinder, which made of high grade 304 stainless steel, is repeatedly processed by exactitude equipment, and welded in automatic argon-arc welding, maintaining good precision and intensity.
The cooling system and cylinder is automatically controlled by micro-computer, and has protection for phase lack, reverse, H/low pressure and bin full which makes the operation more reliable and steady, reduced the possibility of damage, easy for maintenance.

2. Working principles
Ice is made inside a stationary and insulted cylinder (1). It is harvested by means of a helicoidally reamer.
Water Circuit of flake ice machine.
A pump (2) carries the water from the water tank (3) to the upper water tray (4). Water is running continuously on the cold surface (5) where it is frozen to ice, the rest water to the base (6) through the below water tray (7), then back to the water tank (3), then cycle again.
Refrigerant Circuit of flake ice machine.
The refrigerant enters into the cylinder (1) from in-pipe (8), it is evaporated inside the double wall (9) and freezes the water, and then leave the cylinder (1) from out-pipe (10).
Ice Harvesting of flake ice machine.
A helicoidally reamer (11) driven by a motor (12) is sweeping the surface while rotating. It causes the ice to crack and break off. In the area the ice is harvested.
3. Features of flake ice:
Irregular ice flakes with size about 40×40mm and thickness around 1.5-2.5mm.
The thin ice can be directly used for stirring and mixing refrigerated materials;
No acute edges and corners so it will not damage the surface of the cooled object;
Large contact area and fast cooling speed;
Easy to crush and mold.
