Chain bucket dredger is applying to dredge. It is made up of pontoons, bucket bridges,

buckets, chains and other parts.

We can produce products according to requirements of customers. The whole craft process can

finish dredging, sand and stone separating, stone breaking, stone classification, mud and sand

cleaning and separating, heavy metal extracting, dehydration, conveying and so on. Capacities

are as follows: 50m³/h, 80m³/h, 100m³/h, 150 m³/h, 200m3/h, 250 m³/h, 300 m³/h.

Dredging depth from1 to 40 meters.

The dredge pump is driven by the main diesel engine through the reducing gear box.

The alternator, which driven by the auxiliary diesel engine supplies electricity for power

and lighting of the whole dredger.

Generator sets supplies electricity for lighting and emergency use when it doesn’t working.

Hydraulic system

The most important parts of cutter suction dredger and wheel bucket dredger. The hydraulic

system requirements are very high and strict; it’s the main artery of the entire dredger. Lateral

traction winches, lifting winch and cutter head of the dredgers are driven by hydraulic motors.

5. Shipping of electric mechanical chain bucket dregder

Detachable Structure

The cutter suction dredgers are detachable, so it is easy to transport when delivering or

moving from one working site to another.

Shipping to the Tianjin Port.

Our dredger will be dismantle for different parts and then shipping to the port. The dismantle

structrue is convenient for transport in the working process if in different working sites.

high quality and durability. Each finished dredger will be tested in our testing center to make

sure it works smoothly when delivering to customers.

Development Zone, the other is in Qingzhou Economy Development Zone. Specially, Qingzhou

Factory is noted for hydraulic system and bucket chain sand dredger; Weifang Factory is

mainly for cutter suction dredger painting, assemble, testing and dismantle for shipping.

Note

All necessory tools, tackles, plants and machineries required for the installation, testing

and commissioning of silt dredging equipment shall be in the scope of the buyer.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to store of the material at appropriate locations at their

own cost if required. However, storage site shall be provided by the buyer.
