2.. Brief Introduction
The LDR series Electrical Heating Steam Feeding Device is a steam-producing device . It is made up of container. Control group. water-feeding pump. electrical heating pipe groupware. liquid level controller. relief valve, and etc, and it can control its course automatically. This device turns the water in the container into high-pressure steam by the electrical heating pipe groupware.
3. Characters Introduction
A. The LDR series Electrical Heating Steam Feeding Device is made up of the next main equipments:
- The container is made of high quality seamless steel tube and armor plate for pressure vessel.
- The electrical heating pipe is made of stainless steel tube. Once destroyed, you can replace it singly.
- Water-feeding pump is able to endure high temperature.
- We use a pressure controller on the device, in order to control the pressure of the steam.
- We also use a liquid level controller, in order to control the level of the water.
B. So by using the equipments herein before, the boiler can operating automatically. Such as:
- Water feeding automatically: When the device is working, the level of the water in the container goes down continuously with steam’s outputting. Until it goes down to the middle level, the water-feeding pump turns on automatically, fills water into the container, till the normal working level (high level) is reached. Then the water-feeding pump will turn off. So the device can provide high-pressure steam by doing this case circularly.
- lPressure control automatically: The device can cut off the heating power automatically when the pressure of the steam is in the container rise to the high value that the pressure controller has been set. And it can also switch on the heating power automatically when the pressure goes down to the low value. So the device can output steam in an almost constant pressure.
- Safety pressure control automatically: When the device has an error and can’t be cut off the heating power automatically when the pressure of the steam is in the container rise to the high value that the pressure controller has been set. The safety pressure control can cut off the heating power automatically in order to assure the operators and device’s safety.
- Protect itself without water feeding: When the water level in the container goes down to the low level on account of causation unexpected, the device can cut off the heating power, in order to prevent the electrical heating pipe groupware from being destroyed because of lacking water.
- Protect itself when pressure beyond range: In order to assure the operators and device’s safety, the safety valve will open up, when the pressure of the steam in the container rise to the value that the safety valve has been set on account of causation unexpected.
C. For your convenience in using, the device also has some manual functions. Such as:
- The electrical heating pipe groupware half or full power switch: You can choose the electrical heating pipe groupware working in half or full power according to your require, in order to economize energy expend.
- There is a water-level-showing equipment at the right of the device, through which you can observe the change of the water level in the container. The water-level-showing equipment have two valve, you can through it close the water-level-showing equipment if the glass pipe breaks.
