Caution

Please use DC power supply 36V-80V, including lead acid batteries and lithium batteries. Make sure battery negative and positive polarity is right connected to minimize the likelihood of damage.

Caution

(1) Make sure wiring and harness are in good condition before installation.

(2) Do confirm brake signal voltage.

(3) If it is low level brake, just connect to grounding.

(4) Max current 50A. If it is lead acid batteries, the capacity should be no less than 25AH.

(5) Loose connection of wiring may result in heat or short circuit, so please be assure of strong connection.

(6) If the vehicle wiring does not match that of the controller, please change the wiring hardness.

(7) Please check whether it is short circuit or wrongly connected. Make sure it is well insulated.

(8) The protective circuit breaker between battery and controller should be over 50A.

Installation

(1) Motor controller should be installed in place on vehicle with easy installation, a specially designed ventilation duct is preferred.

(2) Too much exposure under sunshine should be avoided.

(3) No restrictions of direction for the controlled when installed.

(4) Make sure shortest line is applied between motor and controller, to avoid power consumption.

(5) Although our motor controller is water proof, try not to expose it under rain or water.

(6) Do not dissemble the motor controller, if necessary, please contact with us.
