Block Ice Maker Machinefor fish is a highly effcient refrigeration unit , which maily aim at the area such as Africa , Middle East and Oceania where has a big demand in ice. Block ice machine adoopts integrated design, having easy installation, just connectiong power and water pipe to use. The block ice size and production can be made according to the customers requipment.

Brine system of block ice maker machine structure :
Refrigeration unit, brine tank (ice making tank),water cooling tower / air cooling fan, and necessary components. We will prepare the three in unit, you just need to connect the power and water pipes for the three parts. please see the picture as below.

The complete block ice machine of 5 or 10kg/ piece ice mainly includes: brine tanks, refrigeration unit, cooling tower,coolint water pump and water fittings.

For the block ice weighting more than 15kg/ piece, extra equimpment will be needed, such as dip tank, ice pouring shelf ,water filling device and crane. All these will help to operate smoothly.

1. Ice Making tank adopts 80mm thickness polyurethane insulation material and has good thickness and effect in heat insulation.

2.As for coil tube evaporator type block ice machine, we use big power water agitator to replace the common water pumps. It faster the brine flowing so that shorten the ice frozen time and imporve the refrigeration effect of the whole machine.

3.The linear design for the ice plant , such as put the refrigeration unit, ice making tank, crane system, ice pouring shelf, water filling box and cold room in a line, so that can reduce the investment on manpower and the whole cost.

4.Daily production : 1 ton per day to 100 tons per day. And if the capacity is more than 20 tons per day, it can not ship the whole machine in container. So we do the local installation and construction in your place.

5.Ice weight: 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10kg… also can design as your requirement.

6.Power supply: standard 380v-50hz-3p. We also can do special power, 220v-50Hz/60hz-3p, 230v-50Hz/60hz-3p, and so on.

7.Standard working condition: environment temperature 30°C, water supply temeprautre,23°C, evaporate temperature,-15°C.

8.Applicable working condition: environment temperature 5°C ~45°C, supply water 0°C~28°C. It is common that real production of machine will have a little change according to change of water temperature and ambient temperature.

9.Application: block ice can lower temperature, keep fresh for food, chilling drinks and water or some other things. Specially, Africa country the power supply is not steady, so that need big ice.
