Our CKU models CHIKO AIRTEC are designed to combine efficiency with maximal miniaturization. They are high volume units with

a large absorption capacity, and are used for particulates in suspension when the point of extraction is located far from the hose.

The small size of these low pressure extractors makes them easy to integrate into all types of clean room (Class 10,000~100).

Dust is easily processed thanks to a polyester 5-layer pre-filter.
Clean air outflow is ensured by a High Performance filter and a final HEPA filter.

Maximum filtration rate of 99,97% for particulates ≥ 0,3µ.
Control panel: speed regulator (level 1 to 7), filter situation indication, anomaly indication.
Synchronization plug.
Elimination of dust in suspension before breaking up in the air.
These units are simple to operate and their filters are easy to replace.
Possible saving of precious particulates (gold, silver, platinum…).
