DU rubber vacuum filter
Du rubber belt filter is a type of solid-liquid separation equipment which makes use of vacuum negative pressure as driving force. On the structure, filtering sectors are arranged along horizontal length direction. It can continuous finish the following operation such as filtering, washing, evacuating, regeneration of cloth etc. It has high fiitering efficiency, great product capability, good washing effect, flexible operation, low containing moisture in cake and low maintain expense. It can be widely used in the following fields such as metallurgy, mines, chemical industry, paper-making, food, medicine, environment protection. Specially it has been used well in the gypsum dehydration of FGD.
It adopts setting vacuum box and the rubber belt moves on vacuum box.. Vacuum chamber and the rubber belt form a structure of moving and sealing. It in fact has realized continuous filtering, cake-cleaning, residue-unloading and filter fabrics regeneration and collecting the mother liquid and the cake cleaning liquid separately. The rubber belt filter has many advantages of highly efficiency, large manufacturing, good cleaning efficiency, low rate of cake moisture, easy to operate, simple maintenance and so on. Rubber belt filter has experienced many years of improvement and perfection, the techique and quality have been achieved the international advanced level.
Features
1.Ring type rubber discharging belt is used with high tensile strength and long service life.
2.Ring type abrasive belt is set between vacuum container and the rubber belt, water is used to airproof and lubricate which can keep stable and higher vacuum degree, good for stable operation state.
3.Rubber belt is supported by air cushion or water to reduce the resistance and is good to prolong service life of the rubber belt.
4.The whole structure adopts module design which can be consolidated freely, convenient for transportation and installation.
5.Vacuum balance automatic discharging tank or steam-liquid separator is set to carry out zero potential difference automatic discharging or high potential difference discharging to satisfy requirements from different working states
6.Air chamber type automatic deviation correction device is set to assure stable running of the filter cloth.
7.The control system uses PLC technology to carry out PID regulation, provide safety guarantee of running and supervision of the procedure.
