Model JTJ-A is a new Semi-auto capsule filler which is a improved machine, results in faster production, quiet, more accurate filling, safe operation, simple maintenance, easy clean and less labor, meeting GMP requirement. It is idea for start-up companies, small batches or pharmaceutical R&D applications. It comes with one set of capsule sized changeable parts and related attachment tools.

Features
1. All material contact parts made of stainless steel, meet G. M. P requirement.
2. Infinitely variable speed of filling capsules with independent powder and fix point filling that result in accurate dosage.
3. The filling amount can be adjusted by the number of rotations of the dosing disc. The powder feeder also has agitator to regulate the powder filling.
4. Very short changeover time, less than 30 minutes required, easily, simply and precisely.
5. The machine comes with one set of capsule sized changeable part.
6. Simple structure and low malfunction, easy to maintain and clean.
7. Simple operation, only one operator required.
