Introductions

The floating fish feed pellet processing machine includes dry method and wet method . The feed pellet size can be from 0.9mm to 10mm by changing the moulds. It is suitable for making feed for small fish to big fish.

Wet Method (need steam boiler )

Wet method floating fish feed pellet processing machine ( DSP series). It is with steam conditioner, need the steam boiler. Raw materials are conditioned

before entering the extrusion system.

The purpose of steam conditioner: raise materials temperature, softening and to cure materials,

to supplement the moisture content of raw materials. The wet method floating fish pellet machine

with higher working efficiency than dry method. After materials soften, spare parts such as screw,

Machine barrel with less damage.

Materials

raw materials can be: corn,wheat,soybean,grain ,bone powder etc

raw materials need grind into 60-80mesh

raw materials moisture content : 20-25%
