Introduction:
Dry Magnetic Separator equipment is developed by our company. Adopted of Nd-Fe-B compound strong magnetic system to be made, the separator has a processing higher capacity and recovery features. The first magnetic separation recovery of crude iron ore grade can be arrived 30 – 40%, through cone ball mill grinding, then after separation of magnetic separator s can get to more than 63% iron concentrate.

Permanent magnet separators working principle:
Material after screening, finer sand evenly to the roller surface with a high magnetic sorting zone, the higher taste of iron sand by high grade iron ore adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, and rotation of the cylinder delivery to the lower belt. The iron ore is taken into the concentrate area by conveyor belt .Of which non-magnetic materials are not subject to the magnetic force directly to the tailings, to achieve the purpose of extracting iron.
