Dry distillation biomass briquette carbonization stove

Introduction:

• Carbonizing is also know as dry distillation, this is a process of turning solid fuel into charcoal in a thermal chemical process. In this process solid fuel, such as wood, coal are decomposed into gas(coal gas), liquid(tar oil), and solidity(charcoal/coke). The final tar oil and gas are overflow from the charring stove(can recycle)and the charcoal should remove by manual labor out the stove.
• This type of carbon bar furnace adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the gas produced during the process of carbonization.
• 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonization which saves energy and increases the enterprise revenue.

Raw material of the Outer stove and inner stoves	The raw material of outer stove is heat resistant steel plates and heat preservation refractory materials; the inner stove is the heat resistant steel plates and special steel boiler plate. And the steel plates thickness is 6mm
Transport	The three inner stove can be stack in the outer stove together, save a lot of space,
energy consumption	20-30kg firewood or 15kg liquid gas .This type will save 30% payment
