Brief Introduction Of Drum Dryer:

Drum dryer is called rotary dryer which is used for drying a wide variety of materials .It enjoys features of reliable operation,high operation flexibility ,good adaptability ,large treatment volume and is widely used in the industries of metallurgy,building material ,foodstuff,light industries,coal and chemical ,etc.rotary drum dryer has good effect in drying granularity materials and some high water content ,especially for sand .Rotating dryer has advantages of large productive capacity ,wide application scope ,and small flow resistance ,high operation flexibility and easy operation.

Working Principe Of Drum Dryer:

Materials are sent to hopper of Rotary Dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator. The barrel is installed with slope to horizontal line. Materials enter the barrel from the higher side, and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, materials and hot air mix together. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel rotates. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down to make materials and hot air mix completely. So drying efficiency is improved.
