The upsetting machine composition

1.Main Application:

It is the hydraulic press special for end upsetting of oil field and oil pipe(sucker rod). It can be also used for hot

extrusion/cold extruding of similar pipe fittings or gathering stock of shaft parts, and etc.

2.Structure:

2.1 Three beam four column , welded steel plate.

2.2 Upper rotation of the slider adopts single cylinder pressure structure and the slider guide adopts eight guide

sleeves.

2.3 Placement of hydraulic station and charging device: on the side of the machine

2.4 Hydraulic control system: two-way cartridge valve integrated system

4.Key components of the hydraulic press:

Including main machine body, hydraulic power system, electric control system and accessories.

4.1.1 Main body

The main body is combined by vertical type three beam four column 630T clamping part and horizontal type 315T

squeeze part.

Clamping parts: working table, columns, top beam lock nut, adjusting nut that forming a whole frame to bear 630T working load.

The squeeze part and clamping part share one working table. Welded steel plate structure and anneal treatment.

4.1.2 Hydraulic oil cylinder

Clamping cylinder and squeeze cylinder, both of which adopts single cylinder piston
hydraulic cylinder; the cylinder body and piston adopts 45# solid forging; cylinder

seal adopts high performance seal to ensure good sealing and durability.

4.1.3 Lubrication system

Non recycle thin oil concentrate manual recycle lubrication system.

4.2 Hydraulic power system

The hydraulic power and rotation control system is mainly including pump, two-way cartridge valve, prefill valve,

filter system, pressure display system, pipeline, etc.and on the help of electric system to finish the processes

control. The hydraulic power system is placed on the right side of the machine.

4.2.1 Hydraulic system

The hydraulic system adopts advanced two-way cartridge integrated system which
has many advantages such as small volume, compact structure, small flow resistance,
reliable working, good sealing,etc. Safe chain return circuit is designed; the pressure
is adjustable between 5MPa to 25MPa; there is safe valve to limit the max pressure.

4.2.2 Clamping cylinder inferior vena system has pressure -maintaining one-way valve,the pressure maintaining

time can adjust in the 0-999 seconds easily through electrical equipment.

4.2.3 Prefill valve select normally closed type prefill valve with reliable performance.

4.2.4 Filter system

High pressure pipeline filter is equipped in the hydraulic station to keep system cleaning and prevent dirt flowing into valve block and cylinder.

4.2.5 Pipeline

Hydraulic system high pressure pipeline adopts flange to connect, which can prevent pipeline leakage. The pipeline

adpots acid cleaning and passivation.

4.2.6 Oil tank

Oil tank is steel welding structure,oil level indicator, air filter are installed above it.Oil tank adopts acid cleaning,

passivation and rust prevention.

Electric control system consists of power system and control system.
