Product Introduction

1. It is equipped with fully safety devices to guarantee the safe working, such as anti-dropping device, short circuit protection, phase failure protection, phase open protection, top-bottom limitation and limitation switchboard of suspension cage, electrical and mechanical interlock device mounted on lower cage.

2. Stable running and comfortable adaptability. The driving unit was designed to locate at top of suspension cage, which enlarges the inner space of the cage. And it has more stable transmission and less vibration, which provides construction workers a comfortable and spacious working environment.

3. The transmission system adopted two or three driven motors and three sets of gear reducer, as two independent devices. Every motor is equipped with DC drive , electromagnetic brake, and the friction brake unit has auto-tracking function to adjust the braking clearance automatically, so that to improve the braking performance. The equipment adopted planar double-enveloping worm gear reducer which could be about 4-5 times of general worm gear’s lifetime.

4. It has simple electrical control system, and convenient to be maintained and low failure rate. It is known for their stable performance, reliable safety, easy transportation and strong adaptability, can greatly enhance work efficiency and reduce labor intensity.

5. It is widely used in the field of industrial and civil residential construction, bridge construction, underground construction, large chimney construction, ship industry, etc. Being suitable for the vertical transport of material and human .they can also be used as permanent / semi-permanent electric elevators in various environments like warehouses and high towers.
