DOHRE BT-ER high precision BT40 Milling Lathe Chuck

DOHRE TOOL is a manufacturer of carbide end mills and tool accessories such as face milling cutter, carbide inserts(milling/turning), milling cutters, turning tool holders, collets, pull studs, boring cutters etc.

Combination of precision : Pull stud + tool holder + collets + end mills = 0.01

The precision of tool holder is 0.005mm.

1.Production standards: according to Switzerland.

2.Screw thread in the Front of Shank . Accuracy of Thread is ±0.005mm.

3.Netted design at the end of shank: better balance, higher balancing factor, suitable for high-speed process.

4.Cryogenic Treatment : Increase the surface hardness, HRC50-53 degree.
