Receipts Issues “Do’s & Don’ts”:

In order to ensure that your interests are the highest respect, when you are in the process of receipting, pleaseDON’T rush to sign the logistics, please follow the instructions of each step as listed below:

(1) Check the packaging is intact or not.It is best to check the packaging intact or not in front of the delivery courier. Confirm the integrity of the item and then you can sign the logistic. Otherwise, sellers shall no longer be liable.

(2) Sign products without breakage and accessories missing.Please return the product that can not work properly through some simple checks of its working conditions. Please contact the sellers immediately!

(3) Need to sign on behalf of recipients, please make sure to sign AFTER you have already examined your goods are in good conditions.Upon receipt, it means that the goods’ appearances are in good conditions, accessories and the contents are not missing or damaged. In this case, there is no reason for a buyer to ask the sellers to return or exchange the goods any more.

Returns and Maintenance:

Within 3 months from the date of the goods have been signed, if the product has any quality & security issues of its own, pleaseDON’T disassemble any machine or spare parts on your own. Please keep the original packaging well and return the goods in the packaging back to the sellers.Sellers will be fully responsible for a replacement or equipment repairments, but all the shipping costs should be borne by the buyers.
