Description:

• Qingdao Lion Fiber cushion filling machine is specialized in opening conjugated hollow siliconized polyester fiber then filling into cushion, pillow etc.
• It is assembled by a fiber opener and two filling blowers.
• The whole line can be handled by 3 operators adjusted by foot switch.
• Conveyer track protection system; conveyer is not easy to be worn.
• Rollers are made by V wire, which is stable, long life and lower maintenance; the opening rate can be more than 98% without hurting the original silicon.
