*Standard system design
Sealing device divides rotating wheel into a 270°sector dehumidifying zone and a 90 °regeneration zone. Dampair (treated air) to be treated is sent into rotating wheel dehumidifying area by treatment fan, moisture in air isabsorbed by absorbent to gain dry air flow with low humidity, to achieve humidifying effectiveness; at the sametime, after being heated, regeneration air passes through the rotating wheel regeneration area in negative

direction, and desorbs the moisture in absorbent and takes it away, to recover the dehumidifying capacity.

Rotating wheel motor drives rotating to slowly rotate at the speed of 5~50turns/hour, and the whole process is aperiodic process of repeated dehumidifying and regeneration to ensure the continuous dehumidifyingeffectiveness and gain dry air flow in stable state.

*Energy saving system design
Main energy consumption of wheel dehumidifier lies in regeneration energy consumption. The required heat issupplied mainly through electric heating, steam heating, fuel gas heating, industrial excess heat, that can beflexibly adopted according to the detailed conditions of user; DCW energy saving type saves the energy throughspecial structure and by using heat recovery flowing system, and in this way, the power consumption can bereduced by more than 30%.
For air-conditioning system that requires for dehumidification, rotating wheel humidification is adopted togetherwith freezing humidification. Compared with pure freezing mode, the power consumption of the former is 20%-50% lower; if the user has the steam condition, the energy effect of this mode is more obvious.
