Applications:

This machine is used for Flexible packaging

Features:

Main unwinder with edge controller;
Four section 10 meter long drying tunnel,with independent temperature control and adjustable recirculation ratio of hot air;
Infeed unit after main unwinder;
Idle rollers inside the drying tunnel driven by independent motor through tooth belts;
Stainless steel for inner part of drying tunnel;
Insulating layer inside the tunnel;
Back impression roller for laminating;
Gravure coating for adhesives with trolley;
Lateral movement doctor blade with pneumatic pressure regulator;
Spreading roller for smoothing the coatings with in dependent drive with inverter;
EPC at outlet of the drying tunnel;
Preheating of the substrates,and water cooling of the laminates;
Automatic tension control for the web section inside the drying tunnel;
Flying splice for unwinding and rewinding units
Drying source:electricity,steam,natural gas,etc.
