1. structural features

This device consists of components like heat insulation body, evaporimeter and electric cabinet, with compact structure and user-friendly control. The body and door adopt stainless steel sandwich insulation board. And the heat insulation material adopts polyurethane foam. The shelf and hardware materials etc. are qualified stainless steel 304. And the evaporation board uses aluminum alloy 6063. The source of water will work only if users plug in the power supply with refrigeration cold source.

2.application scope

Applied in food quick freezing, fishing-boats dredging and fishery processing etc. in industries like cold storage processing, aquatic products processing and meat-packing, etc.

3.working conditions

In-take temperature is +15°Cand out-take temperature is≤-18°C

Ambient temperature is≤40^oC, condensing temperature is between 35^oC and 40^oC and the evaporating temperature is -35^oC
