CT-C Heat Circulation Oven Machine

Principles:
1.Hot air from inlet pipe from dryer bottom enter into stir crash drying room, create strong cut, float, roation action to material, and material suffer centrifugal, cut, collide, friction and be grain, it strengthen mass transfer and heat transfer.

2.At the bottom of drying oven, large and wet grain will be machanical break under the fuction of blender, the material of low moisture, grain size is small will be ascent along with rotation air current, at the ascent course drying further.

Application:

Applicable to pharmaceutical, chemical, food, agricultural, sideline products, light and heavy industry and so on.

Description:

It matches with low-noise axial-flow fan and automatic temperature-control system, the whole recycling system is closed, which increase the heating efficiency from traditional 3%-7% to 35%-45%, the max heating efficiency can be 50%. Its design can be comparable to international advanced level. It saves a lot of energy and improves the profit for the enterprise. The pharmacy administration centre issued its standard in 1990, the standard type is RXH which meets GMP requirement.
