Introduction:

KRD’s batch weighing control system consists of storaging, conveying, feeding & weighing, dust-removing, mixing and packing machines. Main Performances
Monitor:inspect and monitor the parameters of instantaneous flow rate, daily total, monthly total and yearly total.
Display:the change of control parameters and the instant feeding chart display on the computer screen.
Print:print feeding reports at any time.
Communicate:IPC and PLC can exchange information and data with instruments
Data Process:automatically calculate and process the received data and output to corresponding control point.
Control:automatically control the operation and PID adjustment according to the preset values.
Alarm:the upper machine sends out warnings of over-limited parameters or abnormal operation.
