This machine is the imported substitute of Slip Form paver which come at a very high cost The only difference is that in our machine the dowel bar and tie Bar is feed inside concrete manually. The machine, which we make, is called Fix From Paver, This machine Compact and finish the Concrete to desire slab height at 6 meter width of road it has a facility of chambering at center as per design of road chamber. It is equip with Hydraulic Needle Vibrator, which insert half a deep of concrete slab height, This Needle Vibrator Vibrats at 10500 VPM. The influence area of Needle Vibrator is 24 Inch diameter, so its vibrating effect reach bottom this will give a air less concrete through out the height.
It is working on Road at several Places in Mumbai under MMRDA Project for Road. The MMRDA had approved our Concrete paver for their work for Concrete Road by testing Compaction, porosity test, and surface checking, Bhopal Road, Indore Road, Jabalpur Road
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Ø The frame structure is light in weight and therefore very easy for transport and erection.
Ø The frames are available in the lengths of 4feet; 8feet and 12feet.These is pin bolted together according to the size of the slab width.
Ø RCP-750 can be incorporated in use for a working width between 1mtr to 25mtrs.
Ø For working widths beyond 10mtrs over truss assembly is used.
Ø Hydraulically operated needle vibrators are provided on the mobile assembly to stir the concrete to remove any air bubbles if present in the mix and thus reduce the porosity.
Ø Hydraulic Needle vibrators vibrate with a frequency 10,500 vpm.
Ø The paving is carried out with a Vibrating-finishing drum of 4 feet in length and 10.7 inches (272 mm) in diameter.
Ø The finishing drum is equipped with vibrator to achieve better finishing.
Ø Crowning arrangement is provided for cambering the surface of the road.
Ø 4 nos of mechanically adjustable jacks are provided for maintaining the machine level.
Ø The forward and reverse motion of the machine is controlled by hydraulically operated bogie.
Ø The finishing drum bracket has an ability to swivel at an angle of 20° in either direction to accommodate harsh mix for a quality finish.
Ø Leveling screws are used to level the rails on which the machine moves to maintain the smoothness of surface and to avoid irregular paving.

FIX CONSOLE:
This Hydraulic console controls the forward and reverse movement of the under carriage and the travel bogie by means of hydraulic motors.
UNDER CARRIAGE/FINISHER ASSEMBLY:
Under Carriage accommodates the most critical components of the machine. It encompasses the vibratory finishing drum, Needle vibrators, Spreader Auger, Drag pan and Texturing Mat.
The Under Carriage travels with a speed 30 mtrs/min.
Vibratory Finishing Drum:
The finishing drum is 4 feet in length and 10.7 inches (272 mm) in diameter. It rotates at a speed of 195 rpm. The finishing drum vibrates at 1500vpm.This Drum is precisely balance with the help of computerized balancing system to obtain quality finish. Life of the finishing drum is approximately 30,000 sq. mts.
Spreader Auger:
The Auger is welded with hard faced welding to obtain maximum life. After every 4000Sq.mts. of working the auger is required to be hard faced. The life of the Auger is approximately 35,000 sq. mts. The auger is designed to work in the direction of travel movement of the machine. The diameter of the auger is 267mm and a pitch of 100mm throughout the length of 500mm.
Angular Needle Vibrators: (Optional)
Minnch-USA makes angular needle vibrators with 10,500 vpm. These dual vibrators are designed with an angular twist in the opposite directions. These vibrators operate alternately by penetrating in to the concrete depth with the direction of twist along the motion of the under carriage.

CONSTRUCTION:Frame
All-welded steel, pin-connected mainframe. The frames are available in the lengths of 4feet; 8feet and 12feet.These are bolted together according to the size of the slab width. For working widths beyond 10mtrs over truss assembly is used.
VARIABLE FINISHING WIDTHSThe finishing widths of 1mtr to 25 mtrs. Can be obtained by bolting the frames, which are available in the lengths of 4 feet, 8 feet and 12 feet
PREPARATIONAL STEPS:
Step1:
Leveling and compaction of the sub-grade.
Step2:
Erection of the machine.
Step3:
Level of the rails with the help of rail setting bolts.
Step4:
After completing the erection the pinch rail on which the undercarriage slides is thoroughly leveled with the help leveling screws provided within the frame.
Step5:
According to the slab height, the finishing drum is leveled with the help of four mechanical jacks.
Step6:
The side panels are erected according to the dimensions specified for the concrete slab.
Step7:
The machine is now ready for paving.
Actual Working:
Ø After pouring the concrete on sub-grade the machine will move in the forward direction and the Undercarriage moves to and fro in a transverse direction.
Ø The Undercarriage completes one cycle when it travels the entire width of the slab to and fro.
Ø Hydraulically operated needle vibrators are provided on the mobile assembly to stir the concrete to remove any air bubbles and reduce the porosity.
Ø Spreader augers are used to spread the excess material, which comes in the way of finishing drum.
Ø The first pass of the cycle is the compaction pass while the second pass is called the finishing pass.
Ø After Undercarriage completes one cycle the machine moves in the forward direction.
