1. We manufacture , supply and erect prefabricated PUF sandwich panels which meets every single requirement of today's Modern Cold storage, Controlled Atmosphere Storage, Pack House, & Telecom Shelters.
2. We supply prefab panels with Pre Painted Galvanized Iron laminated sheets on either sides which increases the aesthetics'
3. We supply panels upto 12mts in length
4. We supply panels with Cam lock which will give better strength for the construction
5. We can supply panels without cam lock also.
6. We supply panels with tongue and groove joints which will avoid leakage of temperature.
7. We can supply panels with option of SS 304 lamination on both sides or SS 304 on one side and PPGI or plain GI lamination on the other side.
8. We supply panels with corrugation on both sides which will add strength to the panels.
9. We supply panels which can be used in the Cold Rooms ,Chiller Rooms , freezer rooms and Refrigerated trucks .
10. We supply insulated doors for the Cold Rooms , Chiller Rooms and Freezer rooms ,
11. We supply Swing type / Sliding type doors for the Cold Rooms , Chiller Rooms and freezer rooms.
12. We supply panel with thickness ranges are 50/60/80/100/120/150 & 200mm.
13. We can supply Semi panels with PPGI sheet on one side and Aluminum foil on the other side.
14. Our PU foam density is 38 - 40 kgs per cub mtr.
15. Our panels are CFC free.
