Adopting direct square-forming technics, this line is used to produce square&rectangular pipe, relative open steel section, such as L, Z, U, and stee sheet pile etc.

Direct square-forming process in the roll design fully combines the features of product specification, up to 80% of rollers can be shared, one roll set can cover all kinds of product specifications commonly used, which greatly reduce roller investment. Roll in the installation, a large number of distance sleeves and special adjusting mechanism, to achieve roll adjustment without roll demolishing for the similar specifications,greatly reducing the time for roll replacement, improving the effective productivity.

Adopts intergrated block hydraulic valve group, hydraulic component is Rexroth product.
