Our coil bender machine is like the following:

it is special bending equipment for column heat exchangers

1 This equipment adopt hydraulic drive. Both of these two types can position the workpiece automatic. When machine is working, bender plate and bender stand can move and rotary with the workpiece, so that the workpiece can be protected. Machine adopt rotary code control system to adjust the angle of workpiece therefore customer can change the angle in the permit capacity. Electric control system adopt PLC and have point drive and auto drive to be choose finishing the whole work cycle like fixing coil, bending, reposition.

2 Main function: Forming L or U type heat exchangers.

Angle: 0-105 degree. (or order to customer's requirement)

Secure and stable on array arrangement.

Max width: 1500mm.

Length: 2000mm.

Radius of bending: Radius-65-R110mm.
