1 FUNCTION:

Webs after carded will be laid into layers of certain thickness by this machine. This machine can run in synchronization with its front and rear machine by servo control system.

3 Characteristics:

• This machine works out the web layers with needed thickness from the fiber web after carding. The synchronization with former and later procedure is controlled by servo system.
• The outlet speed is controlled automatically according to the fiber web input speed and amount of layers.
• Adopted HABASIT carbon fiber antistatic lapping belt, to avoid crinkling the fiber fabric during cross-lapping caused by electrostatic
• Visual control systems, monitoring all thetechnical process on the screen and re-setting the parameters
