CL-2008 Rapier Loom is designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of weaving industry

on basis of CL-2008.It is more flexible and applicable.

This loom adopts fully electronic let-off and take-up system,suspension guide hook.

Perfect electronic control,menu-type program, and practical memory card.

During the weaving it allows to have as many as 8 weft densities,and accordingly 8

setting of tension.So this loom is much more versatile and flexible in use.

The electronic let-off and take-up mechanisms are standard on the CL-2008 rapier loom. The required pick

density can be programmed on the microprocessor keyboard, so the pick wheels are no longer necessary.

The accuracy of the settings makes it easy to adjust the pick density of fabric for optimum fabric weight and

minimum yarn consumption. The set warp yarn tension can be turned into an instruction through the tension

sensor plus a comprehensive treatment by CPU to drive the let-off servo system in order to ensure

constant warp tension fromthe full to the empty warp beam.

The organic cooperation between the electronic let-off and the electronic take-up can effectively reduce the

start marks of loom.

The slay is driven by the conjugate cam shaft on the two side of the loom.The integral conjugate cam shaft is made by means

of contour forging and grinding on high precision grinding machine,so ensure a required degree of finish,tenacity and wearing-resistance.At the same time thanks to a very rigid for fixing the metal reed and its good dynamic balance prevent any vibration

that might affect the filling insertion.

The loom adopts microcomputer program control circuit which is advanced,stable and reliable.It is provided with piezoelectric

weft breakage detector, electric point contact type warp stop motion and controlling switches for various stop positions and

fabric length counters.
