1.Brief introduction

The SX5250TBS Chip Sealer manufactured by us has a truck-mounted design, and mainly used for simultaneously spraying asphalt and spreading chippings (crushed stone) in a second to ensure the maximum road surface-binding strength. Such a technique is characterized with cost-effective, making the road surface highly wear-proof, highly antiskid and waterproof, extending the service life of road, quickly resuming the traffic and etc. The technique is proved by the facts to be advanced, scientific and cost effective. In addition, the Chip Sealer can also be used to separately spraying/spreading asphalt and chippings in special conditions.

2. Main Performance Characteristics

a. All operations can be performed by one operator in Cab.

b. It can spray various asphalt, and especially can show great advantages for modified asphalt and rubber asphalt.

c. Asphalt and Chippings application rate is controlled by computer, and is independent of the truck speed.

d. An intelligent linkage between asphalt and chippings spreading systems.

e. Advanced heating and circulating system, to ensure the asphalt pipelines and nozzles “not to be blocked” and “not need to be washed by diesel oil”.

f. Uniquely combined aggregate bin with lower height, which is advantaged to work under viaduct and tunnel.

g. Control system introduces modularization design, has very reliable working performance and convenient troubleshooting.

h. Equipped with flexible hand spray system.

i. To realize fully three-overlapping asphalt spraying at two sides.

j. Opening and closing of the doors of aggregate bin are controlled by pneumatic control valve. Every door of aggregate bin and nozzle can be controlled separately.

k. Spreading(spraying) width can be freely adjusted during working process.

l. Equipped with Monitoring System, working specifications can be displayed on display screen at any time.

m. Besides Main Control System, equipped with Standby Control System. Once the Main Control System failure, then the Standby Control System will start to work.
