• Mainly used for quick cycle ice-making of household and commercial ice machine
• It is made of copper by welding, with advantage of heat exchanging.
• In the back of ice board, it is using “D” tube or ellipse tube connection to enlarge the interface area of evaporator and ice board, so it can enhance the efficiency of heat exchanging, shorten the time of ice making and ice dropping and improve the ice making capacity and ice cube quality.
• The evaporator surface is chemistry plated by nickel which accords with environmental-friendly and FDA food safety demands. Compared with traditional electroplated, the chemistry plated by nickel is better in dense, lower in hole. The perfect combine of plating sheet and base material can protect the product surface well and improve the antiseptic capacity.
• There is 72°~85°incline between the horizontal septa and ice board, so that the ice cube can be dropped smoothly when ice dropping.
• The ice cube is nearly square, between 72°~85 and it is transparent with high density.

How to choose a good ice evaporator?

The tip to choose a good ice evaporator is not only checking the front side of the evaporator, but checking the back side of the evaporator. Here I compare two kinds of ice evaporators for your reference with pictures which will be helpful for your understanding.

The Front Side

DARREN note:From the front side, they look like almost the same, except the slight color difference which explain the different surface treatment of the evaporator. The Back Side

DARREN note:The back side is the key to know the ice evaporator good or not. The surface of our products is smooth in both the copper plate surface and the plastic frame surface. There are some welding bubbles leaving on the surface of the right one because of bad welding technology (detail 1). Moreover, the plastic frame of the right one is not once-molded as the left one (detail 2). The copper water pipe of the right side is not as good as the left side (detail 3).
