Hoist is one of the most widely used vertical lifting equipment. The machine is suitable for medium ,large and grinding cut materials’ (such as limestone, cement clinker, plaster, coal) vertical transmission, materials temperature in 250°Cbelow.

NE type plate chain hoist is a type of new product which import advanced foreign technology and developed. the main technical parameters accord with the ministry standard (JB3926-85). Use self-streaming loading material, gravity discharging. The chain is high quality alloy steel high strength plate chain, wear resistance and reliable. Driving part use hard tooth face reducer. NE series plate chain hoist has 11 models: NE15, NE30, NE50, NE150, NE200, NE300, NE400, NE500, NE600, NE800.

working principle:

NE series plate chain hoist use flow-through feeding, the material into hopper on board lifted to the top by chain, in the material gravity to discharging automatically. This series hoist have many specifications (NE15 ~ NE800, total of 11 kinds) and ascension extensive; And the production high, low energy consumption, can gradually replace other types of hoist, its main parameters as following table. This machine adopts the whole sealing type cabinet ,chain speed is low, almost no back to material phenomenon, so less wear of reactive power, low noise, long service life.

Main structure

NE series plate chain hoist is composed by working parts, drive device, upper device, central cases, lower device.

Working parts-composed by hopper and special plate chain

the NE30 use single chain, NE50-NE800 use double row chain.

Device drivers-use a variety of drive combination to drive, (according to users’ actual requires). Driving platform is equipped with maintenance frame and a rail. Driving device divided into two kinds: left and right install.

upper device-install a rail (double row chain), non-return device, discharging opening is equipped with rubber plate to material plate to prevent material back.

Middle section –part of middle section with rail (double chain), in order to prevent the chain swing .

The device- -there is automatic installation tensioning devices.
