Sawdust Making Machine Maintenance and Skills

1.Do not increasing rotation speed of sawdust machine,normally allowed speed tolerance at 8%-10%.

When the sawdust machine equipped with a gig power motor,must pay attention to control the flow,

And keep a uniform flow,should not fast and slow.

2.Add lubricating grease on sawdust machine,normally every 2 hours turn oil cap 1/4 circle,and press

the lubrication into bearing,if it is seal bearing ,pls add lubrication each every 300hour.

3.When the running machine ,do not open or check the inner part of machine ,do not put around the tools

on the machine,when you hear some abnormal sound,put stop machine immediately, when the machine

completely stop can inspect machine .

4.Check and clean the machine in time,when finished the work,pls clean the sawdust machine every day,

check the bolts whether is loosen or some part were worn out.

5.Check the feeding material carefully ,do not have cooper,iron,Pb etc iron material mixed with wood material,
