Details:

Chevron fabric belt conveyor is used primarily when the angleof incline

becomes too steepfor a smooth conventional conveyor belt.

The belt is fitted with integrally moulded cleats which prevent the material from sliding

backwards as would be the case with smooth surface belt. Different cleat designs allow

the carrying of many types of material, from bulk solids to unit loads.

Advantages:

Carry loose materials at angles of 17-18°and bagged materials at 30-35°

Cleat angle and pitch are designed for smooth travel over return idlers

Cleats and top cover rubber are integrally molded
