Aprotech engineers Pvt. Ltd. manufactures packing machines with single spout model DF01E and double spout model DF02E for packing of cement and powders in valve type bags. Packing speeds on cement are 250 to 300 bags per hpour per spout. Electric power is 5.5 kW per spout. Compressed air required is 200 lpm per spout at 7 kg / sq cm.
Machines are provided with two speed filling using high quality microprocessor controllers and loadc ells and are highly accurate.
