This thermal laminator (Hot laminator) is to laminate the plastic film onto the papers, it's widely used for book cover, and advertisement flyer....Laminating paper protects the paper from spills and normal wear and tear. It also makes the paper appear more attractive, more shining and strong, water proof.

This machine is doing the lamination by heating, which we called thermal lamination. It runs with Thermal BOPP film which is pre-coated with EVA glue, when the EVA meets high temperature, it will be melted and stick the film with the paper.

Compare with the water-base lamination (cold lamination), thermal lamination is more environmental, no bad smell, and no need to prepare the messy liquid glue, it can make all your lamination work cleaner and faster. It is good for short demand works.
