1.Equipment introduction:

By degum pot and decoloring cans and hoist system composition, this equipment adopts full stainless steel material,

set the food-grade materials measurement device, automatic temperature control device, adiabatic device and

enters the material buffer device, which can realize hair oil degum, take off acid, dry and decoloring function.

2.User manual

1.Please check your product when you receive it. Please make sure that there is no loosing screws and damage caused

by transportation. It is necessary to do so in order to ensure that your equipment works properly.

3.Oil refining industry has a certain degree of technical content. As for a novice, you need to keep study and explore

in order to have a better understanding of the principal and structure of the equipments. For example, you could learn

how to do the machine disassembly, repair and maintenance and so on.

3.Structure and principal

1).Water- adding: Mix crude vegetable oil with a certain amount of water and then stir it. This process is used to make the impu

rity within crude vegetable oil to absorb molecular, precipitate and then separate.

2).Alkali refining: put edible alkali in the crude vegetable oil and then remove the impurities as the oil and free fatty aci

ds in the reaction.

3).Cleaning and drying.
