Wood pellet machine is the machine which can make fine powder such as sawdust, stalk powder, rice husk into pellets as fuel, fertilizer and animal feed.

The technology of our flat die wod pellet machine we are using was adopted from Germany. And after years practices, we have developed our own patent--Taper Shape Roller pellet machine which reduce the energy consumption and lengthen the lifetime of the machine.

Our wood pellet machine can make wood pellets without using any bond. The raw material can be used for our wood pellet machine is wood chips, sawdust, corn stalk, cotton stalk, wheat straw, rice husk and so on.

The pellet diameter made by our wood pellet machine can be 2-15mm. The diameter can be adjusted by changing different specification dies.

The pellet density made by our wood pellet machine is very high, normally 13%-20%.
